Villa Avellino is a historic residence dating back to 1538 in the heart of Pozzuoli which houses refined and comfortable recently restored apartments. Located on the promontory overlooking the seafront of Pozzuoli, Villa Avellino enjoys a unique panorama of the gulf and the islands of Capri, Ischia, Nisida and Procida, while at the same time being in close proximity to the city centre, the famous archaeological sites, and of the main transport stations

Villa Avellino was built by the Colonna di Stigliano princes in 1538 as a private residence, in 2011 it was bought by Ing. Mattia La Rana, who together with his sons Agostino and Rossella carried out a historical and architectural restoration bringing the structure back to its former glory.Edit
